Glen Chochla practices employment, disability, labour and human rights law in the National Capital Region of Ottawa and Gatineau as well as in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) and across Ontario and Canada.

He represents clients in both official languages before the courts and tribunals.

Mr. Chochla has represented clients with individual employment and union labour relations needs. He also has acted for unionized and non-union disabled workers attempting to qualify for disability benefits or return to the workplace.

He has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of labour, employment and human rights law in both the federal and provincial jurisdictions, including the public and private sectors and the construction, industrial and service sectors.
